Program and Initiative Organizers

Program and initiative organizers are individuals, teams and committees involved in the planning and execution of SEALNet’s programs and initiatives within a given year.

Summer Project Leaders

Each Summer Project is led by two co-leaders who spearhead SEALNet’s impact on the community with help from their core team, mentors, and mentees.

YLS Organizers

The Youth Leadership Summit is a leadership incubator and training platform for young Service Leaders, planned and executed by our team of YLS Organizers.

Leadership Retreat Organizers

The Leadership Retreat Organizers create an instructional experience for Project Leaders to sharpen leadership and organizational skills.

Project Selection Committee

Every year, members of the SEALNet community pitch numerous project ideas for the following Summer. Their proposals are chosen and approved by the Project Selection Committee through a thorough evaluation.
